Boast Architects were appointed to obtain planning approval for a new chalet bungalow on land acquired by the client from a neighbour.
Pre-application advice was obtained from Stevenage Borough Council and, following close consultation with planning officers, a detailed planning application was submitted for a design which reflected the architectural character of the Old Town and avoided overlooking issues to nearby properties.
We have completed working drawings and tenders for construction have been received for an imminent start on site.
