The project involved the demolition of a bungalow and its replacement with a 4 bedroom dwelling with 50% more floor space, in the Green Belt.

Boast Architects collaborated with the client and planning consultants during a difficult process of obtaining planning permission, and went on to prepare working drawings for Building Regulations approval and tender. We continued during the building phase to oversee construction and act as Contract Administrator for the Minor Works JCT contract.
